Wednesday, July 27 Emergency Preparedness SeminarWith Long Island in the middle of hurricane season, NYS Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (R-Merrick) invites local residents to an emergency preparedness seminar he is sponsoring. The program will be held at the Seaford Library, 2234 Jackson Ave., Seaford, at 7 p.m. Representatives from the NC Office of Emergency Management, the American Red Cross and LIPA will teach residents how they should prepare their families and their homes to deal with an emergency, what supplies to have available, how to make a “go kit” and what to do if a hurricane or other emergency occurs. Residents who would like more information about the program can call Senator Fuschillo’s office 882-0630.

HELP! I was just googling myself (you know, us, famous people need to do this) and I clicked on a website and Antispyware Soft motherfriking started acting when he hijacked my browser. I closed my computer, he again F8 key and choose Safe Mode. Then I disabled the proxy server using Internet Explorer, go to tools and tips, and the Internet began to work.
Now I need to know what to do from here. The virus does not affect safe mode but if I go back to normal. I ask this question here because, uh, you know, I can not betray the R & S with another category. Is there anything I can download? Also, I don’t want to spend a lot of money on this. Something free?
I would try Malwarebytes, darling. Normally, if the anti-malware software I help develop doesn’t work, I’ll run Malwarebytes and then follow it up by installing and running Windows Security Essentials.
I’ve never had anything live through that, but if I did, a system restore would probably be my next step.
